What is the CGFNS CES Report?

Simply put, licensing agencies need to know that your education is equivalent to that of a U.S. nurse.  

You cannot become a nurse without a credentialing report, and the CES report by CGFNS is the most well-known and respected report. The faster we get this started the faster you will be eligible to take the NCLEX and get into immigration!



What does the CES report cost?

CGFNS charges $485 USD...However, Interstaff is willing to cover this cost if your payment of $254.63 is received within 60 days of signing your agreement with Interstaff. That is a savings of over $250 USD!!! This due date was included in the initial email you received from Interstaff. It was also highlighted in the agreement you signed with Interstaff in section 12. (below).

If your payment is not received by the due date...

  • You will be responsible for the full amount of $485.00 USD plus the $24.25 processing fee.

  • There are no extensions as it's unfair to applicants who pay on time and because this deadline was covered extensively in our contract.

Next Steps After Payment

Your payment will be received automatically by our processing team and you will be enrolled and registered for the Interstaff App experience. You will be assigned a processing officer who will help you walk through this journey until your visa is issued!

Are your documents ready for CGFNS?

In order to avoid lengthy delays, we must verify there are no discrepancies with your documents that will be reviewed. This is VERY important so please take the time to check and verify.

  • My name and date of birth on my license, transcripts, diploma and passport are all correct and match (marital name discrepancies are ok)
  • I either already have a passport that matches my license, transcripts and diploma OR I am eligible to obtain a passport as soon as my CES application is ready.
  • It has been 60 days or less since I signed my contract. I have confirmed this by reviewing the initial email I received with my due date.

  • What if my payment is past 60 days?

    You are now responsible for the full amount of $509.25 which covers the $485.00 plus the $24.25 processing fee.

  • Who do I contact if I need assistance?

  • Is there anything else I should be working on until my payment is made?

    Not at this moment. The first requirement to begin the process is making your CES payment

  • I emailed yesterday and have not received a response, is there anything wrong?

    Our processing team is located in Manila Philippines and works Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm GMT. Our processing team is committed to replying to your inquiries within 2 business days. They do not reply on weekends. Please do not send multiple requests as this slows down processing.
