Step 1: Starter Fee Payment

  • What is this payment for?

    The Grant Program you were selected for requires a $100 starter fee to signify your investment in the process. We apply that fee to the CGFNS CES fee which is $485. Interstaff pays the remaining $385 once your payment is received.

  • Payment Deadline

    Payment is due 90 days from your signed contract. There are NO extensions.

Looking Ahead

Here is your process broken down into milestones. You will receive detailed information and instructions with each new step. 

Once you have made your initial payment, you will be assigned your own processing officer who will remain with you until your immigrant visa has been issued.



Next Steps After Payment

Your payment will be received automatically by our processing team. Once we receive that automatic notification, you will receive an invitation for Thinkific. The remainder of your process will be housed in this platform. Be on the lookout for this email.

Step 2: English Exams

Once your Starter Fee has been received, your processing officer will reach out to schedule either the TOEFL ibt or IELTS exam. These are the only two exams Interstaff accepts and one or the other must first be passed before moving on to CES/NCLEX.

Once your scores are received, we will either submit your CES application or you will be offered an English review to help you pass the English exam.

  • My payment is not going through?

    If your payment is not going through, please call your bank to notify them of the transaction and try again.

  • What if my payment is past 90 days?

    You will be removed from the Grant Program are now responsible for the full amount of $485.00 .

  • I emailed yesterday and have not received a response, is there anything wrong?

    Our processing team is located in Manila Philippines and works Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm GMT. Our processing team is committed to replying to your inquiries within 2 business days. They do not reply on weekends. Please do not send multiple requests as this slows down processing.
