What is a CGFNS CES Report?

In order to become a licensed nurse in the United States, your education must be reviewed to ensure that it is equivalent to that of a US educated nurse. CGFNS provides a credentialing service called a CES report. This report will be used to prove you are eligible to sit the United States Registered Nurse Exam called NCLEX.

What is the cost for this CES Report?

CGFNS charges $485 USD for this report. However, Interstaff is willing to cover half of this cost if your payment of $250 is received within 60 days of signing your agreement with Interstaff. This due date was included in the initial email you received from Interstaff. 

  • It is important to note if your payment is not received by this due date, you will be responsible for the full amount of $485.00 USD.
  • There are no extensions as it's unfair to applicants who pay on time and because this deadline was covered extensively in our contract. 


Are your documents ready for CGFNS?

In order to avoid lengthy delays, we must verify there are no discrepancies with your documents that will be reviewed. This is VERY important so please take the time to check and verify. 

  • My name and date of birth on my license, transcripts, diploma and passport are all correct and match (marital name discrepancies are ok)
  • I either already have a passport that matches my license, transcripts and diploma OR I am eligible to obtain a passport as soon as my CES application is ready.
  • It has been 60 days or less since I signed my contract. I have confirmed this by reviewing the initial email I received with my due date

Next Steps After Payment

Your payment will be received automatically by our processing team. Once we receive that automatic notification, you will receive an invitation for Thinkific. The remainder of your process will be housed in this platform. Be on the lookout for this email.

Looking Ahead

Here is your process broken down into milestones. You will receive detailed information and instructions with each new step. 

Once you have made your initial payment for the CES report, you will be assigned your own processing officer who will remain with you until your immigrant visa has been issued.

    If your payment is not going through, please call your bank to notify them of the transaction and try again.

  • What if my payment is past 60 days?

    You are now responsible for the full amount of $485.00.

  • Is there anything else I should be working on until my payment is made?

    Not at this moment. The first requirement to begin the process is making your CES payment
